Hertfordshire ‘Salt Cave’ on BBC Radio

Hertfordshire ’salt cave’ owner Janos Koszecz will be interviewed live tomorrow morning on BBC Three Counties, by Breakfast Show hosts Lorna Milton and Simon Lederman.

The Borehamwood-based healthcare business, Saltheaven, treats asthma and allergy sufferers using salt therapy, a 200-year-old treatment from Eastern Europe.

Listen live to the interview – arranged by PR Superstar – tomorrow at 7.50am on BBC Three Counties Radio. The station broadcasts throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

The unusual healthcare clinic also features in The Borehamwood and Elstree Times, The Enfield Advertiser and Barnet Press newspapers, as well as Families and Primary Times magazines for Hertfordshire.

Fitness PR: London’s Bid to Get Fit

Watch ‘London’s bid to get fit for the New Year’ on BBC London TV on Monday (January 11th), as part of PR Superstar’s fitness PR campaign for a client.

A total of 60 over-weight and under-toned City workers, who are usually chained to their office desks from 9-5, are aiming to shed 30 stones in weight and lose a combined 90 inches around their waists – all in just 12 days.

They’ll be dusting down and donning their spangley leotards and keep-fit outfits for an intensive programme of outdoor exercise in London’s parks, together with psychological and nutritional coaching by top UK experts.

The 12-day event is run by PR Superstar client, Wandsworth-based One Element, who’s trainers include former Olympic rowers and ex-pro rugby players.
