A modern-day shaman is set to teach busy professionals the art of stress-free living – with a first-of-its-kind course held in one of the world’s most stressed-out cities.
Doug Osborne is a qualified shaman and has trained with ancient tribes in deepest Peru.
He is also a Putney-based clinical hypnotherapist and has teamed up with Dr Tony Evans, a counselling psychologist and Senior Lecturer at Roehampton University, to create the UK’s ultimate life management course, to be PR’ed by PR Superstar.
‘The Wheel,’ a unique two-day workshop launching in London in the autumn, combines modern-day science with age-old shamanic wisdom – which can be traced back tens of thousands of years – to help people effectively manage the stresses of modern living.
The ground-breaking course is based around the shamanic medicine wheel. Our ancient ancestors believed that this wheel had great power and it helped to create positive change and healing. These wheels have been used throughout history and in almost every culture. For more information, visit The Wheel website.

Footballer No.3 Granted Gagging Order
An unnamed England footballer has won an injunction preventing the media from publishing claims about his private life.
He is the third England international player in just 2 weeks to be granted such an order.
Rather than looking to High Court injunctions to protect reputations – as well as big-money contracts and sponsorships - PR Superstar suggests that high-profile figures and so-called “role models” clean up their personal lives, so there is no danger of embarrassing revelations coming back to bite them where it hurts.
