National No.5 for Irish ‘Salt Cave’

‘Breathing salt has freed me from asthma and allergies’ is the dramatic headline in Ireland’s second biggest-selling newspaper, Sunday World, read by nearly one million Irish. Secured by PR Superstar, read the double page feature about Ireland’s salt therapy clinic here.

Sunday World’s coverage is hot on the heels of The Irish Times article about the therapeutic Dublin clinic.

This takes the total number of national papers featuring the innovative clinic for asthma and allergy sufferers to 5 - and counting, following our public relations campaign.

Dublin’s big regional daily newspaper, Evening Herald, will also visit the ‘cave’ to take photos and meet patients.

PR Superstar’s media coverage of the ’salt cave’ is causing such interest among the public that the owners, Dr Tamas Bakonyi and wife Orsi, have had to extend opening hours to cope with demand, and additionally are now open 7 days a week, instead of 6.

Tabloid Treble for Irish ‘Salt Cave’

Ireland’s first ’salt cave’ near Dublin is enjoying bags of attention from the Irish ‘Red Tops.’

The hi-tech and therapeutic ‘cave’ is the first in Ireland to offer ’salt therapy’ to asthma and allergy sufferers. Almost half a million people in the country suffer from asthma and the country is ranked fourth highest in the world for asthma prevalence.

Read the ‘assault on asthma’ double page feature in The Sunday Mirror here. The Sun newspaper and The Daily Star will run features on the Maynooth clinic early next year.

Irish national radio stations Today FM and Newstalk are running reviews and interviews, as our healthcare public relations campaign for Ireland’s only ’salt cave’ continues.

This is PR Superstar’s first international client, which we won after securing worldwide coverage for the UK’s only ’salt cave’ in London, which we put on to the pages of 7 national UK newspapers, as well as on the BBC and CNN, and across UK magazines, from Psychologies to Vogue.
